Saudi Aramco – 911 Emergency Centers

Saudi Aramco`s 911 Emergency Centers provide professional, expedient and efficient 911 dispatch services for all fire, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and security calls. The centers also provide 24/7 surveillance and monitoring for Aramco facilities. Saudi Media Systems provided conceptual design, engineering and installation for a professional AV system and acoustic treatment.
The AV / Content Management System was designed and integrated to be: Redundant and Resilient with No single point of failure, extensible and future proof.
The implemented Content Management System is software based with dual redundant control servers and secondary controls. The system is a fully distributed solution, designed for multi-site and multi-system 24/7 operations. The system is compatible with Virtual Data Infrastructure (Cloud Engine/Thin Clients/Zero Clients) and common virtualization software.

Each site among the three sites (Dhahran, Ras Tanura and Abqaiq) has a big direct LED video wall, with 1.5mm Pixel Pitch forming a seamless display.
