Saudi Media Systems Service Division is staffed by manufacturer-certified engineers specialized in digital electronics operations, maintenance and repair. Service Division provides 7/24 Help Desk and Hotline support for the highest level of service.

For critical use facilities and systems, we provide resident engineers, and our rapid-response teams are on-call.  Technical workshops in Riyadh and Dammam are equipped for depot-level repairs, with diagnostic instruments and spare parts inventories that are unique in the region. Clients include defense, industrial and corporate sectors. Contracted under Service Level Agreements, our skilled engineers and technicians support the operations of the many of the Kingdom’s prestigious venues, including museums, corporate headquarters, command operations centers and advanced learning institutions.
